CRUZ launches globally its brand new towbar platform bike carrier, CRUZ Axler. A foldable towbar platform bike carrier, developed to offer a perfect balance of robustness, innovation and ease of use.

The CRUZ Axler, a foldable towbar platform bike carrier with lock system, allows the safe transport of the majority of bicycles on the market, including eBikes.

Bikes are securely attached to the CRUZ Axler bike carrier by means of adjustable arms with reinforced steel straps that also have a tightening torque limiter and soft protectors to protect the bicycle frame. The wheel supports also feature rubber protectors to prevent damage to bike wheel rims.

Even with bikes mounted, the CRUZ Axler can be tilted down using the pull handle for quick and easy trunk access. Its innovative fitting system ensures easy and reliable attachment to towbars (Class A50-X).

Stylish LED rear lights feature all modern functions including dynamic turn signals. Besides, the bike carrier includes a locking system to secure the bikes and the bike carrier itself.

Optionally, an adapter can be added to transport 1 additional bike (CRUZ Axler +1 bike adapter) if the load capacity of the bike rack needs to be increased.

The fully foldable design facilitates easy installation, set up and storage giving a practical solution for day to day use without compromising on performance. The design also features integrated handles and wheels for easy and ergonomic transport.

The CRUZ Axler towbar – 2 bikes will be available for purchase starting May 12, 2026, at a recommended retail price (RRP) of 499,95 EUR, including VAT. The 3-bike model, CRUZ Axler towbar – 3 bikes, and the adapter for adding an additional bike, CRUZ Axler +1bike adaptor, will be available at recommended retail prices (RRP) of 599,95 EUR and 149,95 EUR respectively, starting July 21.
