We are a rapidly growing company in the metal sector with a strong presence in the national market. We are looking to add a Marketing Manager with proven experience to our team.
Requirements:
- University degree in Marketing and Advertising, Journalism, or a related field is desirable.
- At least 2 years of demonstrable experience in a similar position.
- Intermediate level of English; knowledge of other languages would be beneficial.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Familiarity with a wide range of marketing tools, data analysis platforms and social media.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Availability to travel and participate in trade fairs and events.
- Driving licence.

Functions to perform:
- Collaborating closely with the Marketing Director to execute established marketing strategies. This includes carrying out advertising campaigns, promotions, events, and digital marketing activities in accordance with defined objectives and budgets.
- Managing and coordinating marketing projects, from planning through to execution and evaluation. This involves establishing timelines, allocating resources, supervising project progress, and ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Contributing to the creation and distribution of relevant and engaging content for various marketing platforms, including social media, blogs, emails, and printed material. Ensuring that content aligns with the brand identity and the company’s key messages.
- Collecting and analysing marketing data to evaluate the performance of campaigns and activities. Using social media tools and platforms to measure key metrics and generate reports on ROI and areas for improvement.
- Working in close collaboration with other departments, such as Sales and Customer Service, to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of marketing initiatives throughout the organisation.
