Requirements:
- Preferably CFGS in International Trade or a Degree in Business Administration. A Master’s in International
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a similar role.
- Languages: English (minimum B2 level). Knowledge of other languages will be positively valued.
- Teamwork ability.
- Strong communication skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Advanced computer skills (SAGE, MS Office, Outlook, etc.).

Functions to perform:
- Prospecting and seeking new clients: market research, cold calls, referrals from current clients, etc.
- Advising clients on the products sold, sales-delivery conditions, order status, and handling technical aspects that the order manager cannot address.
- Delivering sales presentations to potential clients, explaining the benefits and features of the products or services we offer.
- Problem-solving and issue resolution (complaints, returns, claims, etc.) while providing excellent customer service to maintain strong relationships.
- Managing the preparation of offers and quotations. Active follow-up of these.
- Meeting the sales targets established by the company.
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge, staying up to date with new launches, pricing, services, etc.
