Requirements:
  • Preferably CFGS in International Trade or a Degree in Business Administration. A Master’s in International
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a similar role.
  • Languages: English (minimum B2 level). Knowledge of other languages will be positively valued.
  • Teamwork ability.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Advanced computer skills (SAGE, MS Office, Outlook, etc.).

Functions to perform:
  • Prospecting and seeking new clients: market research, cold calls, referrals from current clients, etc.
  • Advising clients on the products sold, sales-delivery conditions, order status, and handling technical aspects that the order manager cannot address.
  • Delivering sales presentations to potential clients, explaining the benefits and features of the products or services we offer.
  • Problem-solving and issue resolution (complaints, returns, claims, etc.) while providing excellent customer service to maintain strong relationships.
  • Managing the preparation of offers and quotations. Active follow-up of these.
  • Meeting the sales targets established by the company.
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge, staying up to date with new launches, pricing, services, etc.
