Description:

We are looking for a candidate to work closely with the commercial team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. This position is ideal for individuals with multilingual communication skills, international trade experience, and organizational abilities.

Requirements:
  • Preferably CFGS in International Trade or a Degree in Business Administration. A Master’s in International Trade is highly valued.
  • Minimum one year of experience in an Export Department, including both commercial and logistics administrative experience.
  • Languages: English (minimum B2), French (minimum B1), German is a plus.
  • Teamwork skills.

Functions to perform:
  • International customer service.
  • Administrative and logistics management of orders: from creation, deadline management to dispatch and follow-up.
  • Coordination with land, sea, and air transport agencies.
  • Commercial support to the Export Commercial Department.
